Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, uphold standards, and drive store performance. You will supervise staff, help with interviewing and onboarding, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the facility.

The role requires leadership, communication, and problem-solving to motivate a cohesive team and deliver excellent guest experiences. Full-time in-store work with reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
