Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at our Domino's location.

You will lead a team, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness and efficiency according to company standards. The role requires reliable transportation, full-time availability, and strong communication skills. A prior fast-service or management background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
