Domino's Team BAM! is seeking an organized Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at our Domino's location. You will oversee staff, ensure cleanliness and standards, and help manage inventory and deliveries to keep service running smoothly.

The role requires 18+ years old, reliable transportation, and full-time availability. Prior management or quick-service experience is a plus, with a focus on teamwork and strong communication under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
