Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 38 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $25.50/hour
• Wage Increase: Year 2 - $26.50/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily store activities, ensuring store performance and developing operational plans
• Manage schedules and identify training opportunities for team development
• Develop and communicate performance expectations and responsibilities
• Participate in hiring processes and monitor store inventory and customer service standards
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and signage standards
• Support in achieving payroll, budget, and loss prevention goals
• Oversee team operations and escalate issues appropriately

Physical & Job Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks involved in stocking and store maintenance
• Must be 18 or older, with ability to operate store equipment safely
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• High School diploma preferred; 3+ years retail experience; management experience advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service
