Responsible for daily store operations, delivering a top-tier experience for customers and staff. Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals. Foster a performance-driven culture, mentor employees, and collaborate with other store leaders to ensure operational efficiency and brand consistency. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
