Job Summary

Responsible for daily store operations, delivering a top-tier experience for customers and staff. Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals. Foster a performance-driven culture, mentor employees, and collaborate with other store leaders to ensure operational efficiency and brand consistency. Manage inventory, ensure store standards are met, and demonstrate strong knowledge of products, services, and sales processes.

Core Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and service metrics through supervision, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and onboard store team members, providing feedback to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain store environment according to planograms and branding standards; ensure demos are functional.
  • Oversee daily sales floor responsibilities, including staffing, scheduling, and customer escalations.
  • Ensure operational excellence, focusing on inventory management, store reports, and process improvements.
  • Coach team on product positioning and customer engagement.
  • Ensure high levels of courtesy and professionalism with customers.
  • Stay informed on products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Administer cash handling policies and leverage tools to monitor feedback and improve the store experience.
  • Understand sales compensation plans and address team questions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and support store team needs.
  • Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand, and move about the store; punctuality and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Base pay range: $17.67 - $29.45. Targeted commission: $10.05. Our programs offer significant upside for overachievers.
