Qualifications

• Prior Assistant Management experience is required.
• Previous cooking, kitchen, dietary, or food-service experience preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term-care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen and food-service operations.
• Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal service.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and kitchen supplies.
• Support daily operations and staff as needed.
• Help ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
