Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring an Assistant Caregiver for Assisted Living in a full-time position. You will assist residents with daily activities, transport residents to activities, respond to calls, and help maintain a safe, caring environment within our community.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a compassionate, patient demeanor. Schedule is 10am-6pm, Sunday through Thursday, with benefits including insurance options and 401(k).

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Experience working with elderly population preferred.
• A calm, respectful countenance is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• May provide non hands-on assistance to residents in Memory Care or Assisted Living.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely and safe manner.

Skills
