Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time caregiver to assist residents in Memory Care or Assisted Living, including transport to activities and dining. You will respond to emergencies and requests promptly and maintain a calm, respectful demeanor.

Qualified candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and be willing to obtain required certifications within 30 days if not already certified. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience working with elderly preferred.
• If not certified, must obtain certification within 30 days of hire if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non hands-on assistance to residents in Memory Care or Assisted Living.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls and resident/visitor requests promptly and safely.
