Starting immediately with compensation at $18.00 per hour, per the Rochester Paraeducator Association Master Agreement. This position requires a High School Diploma and a respectful, confidential approach when interacting with students, parents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orientation, reading, music, art, physical education and other curriculum tasks.
• Assist with physical mobility, self-care and daily living activities.
• Follow prescribed behavioral management programs and support classroom routines.
