Qualifications

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills demonstrated in briefs and arguments.
• JD and MA license or eligibility to practice in MA.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in trial and appellate settings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from trial and appeals attorneys and staff.
• Review requests for affirmative appeals and advise on rulings.
• Appear before trial courts, Appeals Court, and SJC to prosecute and present cases.
• Research, write briefs and legal memoranda; coordinate with peers for high productivity.
• Participate in trainings and adhere to Plymouth DA policies.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
