Providence Real Estate, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Seasons at Westchase in Tampa, FL. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs across apartments and common spaces, while maintaining clear records and customer communication.

The role includes making-ready tasks and unit turns to ensure homes are move-in ready, with a rotating on-call schedule. Prior experience with property management software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in apartments or multifamily properties.
• Experience with property management or work order software is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Handle work orders in priority queue and perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Assist with make-ready and unit turns to ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain organized work order records and communicate with residents.
