Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server for a full-time AM shift at our Escondido community. The role includes serving residents and guests, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience in alignment with our values.

We provide training if needed and emphasize excellent customer service for seniors. Applicants must be 16+ with a work permit and pass background and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with residents and colleagues.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take and enter residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
