Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a Server for a full-time AM shift at Oakmont of Escondido Hills. You will greet residents and guests, take orders, and ensure dining service is friendly, professional, and efficient, supporting a five-star experience in our senior living community.

Experience is not required; training will be provided. Applicants must be 16+ with a work permit and strong customer service skills, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents and families.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB tests.
• May be required to vaccinate and follow PPE guidelines for safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down (bus) tables.
• Maintain proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperate with staff across departments.
