About the Position
We are is seeking an experienced, motivated, bilingual Aesthetician / Laser Technician & Patient Coordinator to join our growing medical aesthetics team.
This is a unique hybrid position for someone who enjoys both providing exceptional aesthetic treatments and converting patient opportunities into booked appointments and sales.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable performing treatments, educating patients, recommending skincare and treatment plans, calling leads, following up with consultations, and working the front desk.
This is not a position for someone who prefers to stay exclusively in the treatment room. We are looking for someone who is proactive, sales-minded, technologically capable, personable, and comfortable taking ownership of the entire patient experience.
Schedule & Role Structure
The position is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Approximately 3 days per week will focus primarily on aesthetics, including:
- Performing aesthetic and laser treatments
- Conducting treatment consultations
- Developing appropriate treatment recommendations
- Recommending skincare
- Performing patient education
- Maintaining treatment protocols and safety standards
- Following up with patients and treatment opportunities
Approximately 2 days per week will focus primarily on Patient Coordination, including:
- Answering phones
- Calling new leads
- Following up with existing leads
- Following up with patients who received consultations or quotes
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Patient check-in/check-out
- Patient communication
- Reactivation of previous patients
- Assisting with package and treatment sales
- Managing patient information in Boulevard
- Supporting front-office operations
- Helping create a seamless patient experience from initial inquiry through treatment and follow-up
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a medical spa, medical aesthetics practice, plastic surgery practice, dermatology practice, or multi-specialty medical practice
- Florida Full Specialist license
- Current/valid credentials required to perform the aesthetic and laser services applicable to the position
- Laser Technician certification/training
- Demonstrated experience with IPL technology
- Demonstrated experience with Morpheus8
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Boulevard or comparable practice-management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or comparable CRM/lead-management software
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls to leads and patients
- Strong sales and patient-conversion skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage front-desk responsibilities
- Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team

Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience with:

Core Responsibilities
Aesthetic Services
- Perform aesthetician and laser treatments within scope of licensure and training
- Operate IPL and Morpheus8 safely and according to established protocols
- Provide appropriate patient education
- Review contraindications and treatment considerations
- Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Maintain treatment-room cleanliness and organization
- Follow all patient safety and practice protocols
Patient Consultation & Treatment Planning
- Understand patient aesthetic concerns and goals
- Recommend appropriate services
- Identify opportunities for complementary treatments
- Explain treatment options and packages
- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare
- Develop a comprehensive patient treatment journey
- Educate patients without using high-pressure sales tactics
Lead Follow-Up & Patient Conversion
- Make outbound calls to new leads
- Respond promptly to incoming leads
- Follow up with consultation and treatment quotes
- Re-engage patients who have not scheduled
- Reactivate previous patients
- Answer patient questions and overcome reasonable objections
- Work toward converting leads into consultations and appointments
- Document patient interactions appropriately
Front Desk / Patient Coordination
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Answer phones
- Manage patient communication
- Assist with payments and transactions
- Navigate Boulevard
- Assist with patient flow
- Support the aesthetics team's administrative needs
Retail & Revenue Development
- Recommend appropriate skincare products
- Educate patients on product benefits and usage
- Recommend products that complement treatments
- Identify cross-treatment opportunities
- Present packages appropriately
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Encourage future appointments and treatment plans
- Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives

Compensation
$25–$30 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, certifications and demonstrated capabilities.
In addition:
10% commission on profit from services and products personally sold.
Compensation within the $25–$30 range will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, technical qualifications, modality experience, computer/CRM proficiency, bilingual capabilities and overall fit for the role.
