Qualifications

• High School diploma with 2+ years in a patient activities program or
• College degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Nursing Home Administration, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or OT Assistant with a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities.
• Assist with planning and leadership of recreation programs.
• Promote facility programs to residents, staff, family and volunteers.
