Job summary

Freedom Square of Seminole is a premier senior living community in Seminole, Florida, seeking an Activities Assistant to join the Community Life Services team. You will plan, coordinate and implement on-site activities and events, engaging residents through recreation, music, and social programs.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and includes support for off-site trips, communications, and transportation coordination within a warm, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors in recreation, music, fitness and/or social administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement on-property activities and events
• Attend off-property trips, special events and parties
• Preparation and distribution of monthly activities calendar and other communication materials
• Manage digital broadcast of events through in-house channel
• Coordinate transportation for off-campus events
