Freedom Square of Seminole is seeking an Activities Assistant to join the upscale skilled nursing team. You will plan and coordinate on-property activities, attend events, and help distribute monthly calendars while engaging residents in meaningful programs.

You will work with a compassionate team in a vibrant community that values daily pay options and employee appreciation events, with opportunities for growth within senior living.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors in recreation, music, fitness and/or social administration is preferred.
• Great communication and people skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
• Flexible scheduling may involve some evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement on-property activities and events.
• Attend off-property trips, special events and parties.
• Prepare and distribute monthly activities calendar and other communications.
• Manage digital broadcast of events through in-house channel.
• Coordinate transportation for off-campus events.
