Freedom Square of Seminole is seeking an Activities Assistant to join the Community Life Services team at our upscale senior living community in Seminole, Florida. You will plan and execute on-site activities, coordinate events, and engage residents in meaningful programs.

The role supports residents across independent living, memory care and skilled nursing with a focus on hospitality and engagement; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors in recreation, music, fitness and/or social administration, preferred.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
• Flexible scheduling, will involve some evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement on-property activities and events.
• Attend off-property trips, special events and parties.
• Prepare and distribute monthly activities calendar and other communications.
• Manage digital broadcast of events through in-house channel.
• Coordinate transportation for off-campus events.
