Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Springfield, OH. You will manage access points, verify entry, monitor activity, and provide excellent customer service at a food and beverage site, helping deter incidents with a visible, trusted presence.

You will perform site-specific procedures, respond to situations, and support safety and compliance while maintaining positive relations with clients and employees.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining entry records.
• Respond calmly to access-control concerns and incident reports, notifying Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Support protection of production and storage areas by reporting unsecured doors and damaged equipment.
