Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and personnel.
• Regularly patrol transportation facilities, loading areas and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and reporting unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, documenting observations for the team.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports while coordinating with site contacts and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel per policies and emergencies.
• Conduct patrols of transportation locations and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access and observe vehicle/pedestrian activity, reporting anomalies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, documenting observations and notifying relevant personnel.
• Keep logs and reports and communicate with site contacts and responders as needed.
