Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, Child Development, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children, autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or direct support is preferred.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy.
• Record client progress and behavior data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team.
