Job summary

Little Stars Therapy Services in Wichita, KS is seeking a compassionate BCaBA to provide ABA services to children and adolescents with autism, under supervision. You will help with assessments, treatment planning, and family collaboration in clinic and home settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress monitoring, caregiver training, and adherence to BACB ethics within a Monday–Friday schedule. A strong emphasis on teamwork and ongoing clinical learning is offered.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborative approach and receptive to clinical feedback.
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct assessments and observations to guide treatment decisions.
• Monitor progress by collecting and reviewing data with the supervising BCBA.
• Coach and supervise technicians within BACB requirements.
• Provide caregiver training and progress updates to families under BCBA direction.
• Coordinate scheduling and service delivery across clinic and home settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
