Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time ABA therapy assistants to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings in Kansas. Training is provided, with opportunities for afternoon or evening hours.

Join a compassionate clinical team dedicated to improving outcomes for children with Autism, offering flexible schedules and a supportive environment. No ABA experience required; the 40-hour RBT course will be provided. Immediate start with a 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings.
• Act as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
