Job summary

Join our team as a Certified Behavior Technician at Children’s Village in Yakima, WA, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with ASD in home, school, and community settings.

You’ll work under supervision of a licensed analyst, collect data, and implement behavior reduction protocols while coordinating with families and educators to generalize skills. We offer bilingual pay, comprehensive health insurance, profit sharing, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Apply for CBI/BCBA-LAB A within 1 week of completing 40 hours supervision.
• BLS certification within 45 days of hire.
• FBI fingerprints required within 45 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred at ALTA 9 level.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake assessment and develop individualized program exemplars.
• Collect target behavior data and implement behavior reduction protocols.
• Maintain generalization of acquired skills and provide interventions.
• Participate in cross-system planning meetings with treatment professionals.
• Collaborate with other certified technicians to improve services.
• Complete required BHS and funder documentation.
• Perform duties aligned with TJC, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
