Job summary

A leading therapy provider in Salem seeks a Program Supervisor to deliver play-based ABA therapy and mentor Behavior Therapists. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children using ABA principles. Full-time schedules are Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm. This position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and tuition assistance for BCBA coursework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RBT certification or applicable state ABA license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience with children using ABA principles.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to support children with autism.
• Train and mentor Behavior Therapists.
• Collaborate on assessments and treatment planning.
