Job summary

A leading provider of ABA therapy is seeking a Program Supervisor in San Diego, California. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy, train staff, and collaborate on treatment planning. Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or applicable state ABA license.
• 12+ semester units in ABA with 1 year of ABA experience or 2 years of designing/implementing interventions.
• Transportation: reliable vehicle, driver's license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Train and mentor Behavior Therapists.
• Collaborate with BCBA on assessments and treatment planning.
