Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Maryland is seeking a full-time, hourly Center Supervisor to oversee daily center operations while delivering direct ABA therapy as an RBT. The role includes providing one-on-one therapy, supporting the Center Manager, and ensuring quality assurance and client safety at the center.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ABA methodology knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy 60% of weekly hours and cover as needed.
• Assist in administrative duties no more than 40% of weekly hours.
• Open and close the center; manage room scheduling and pickups/drop-offs.
• Carry out routine housekeeping to ensure smooth center operation.
• Ensure safety in the center.
