Proud Moments ABA in Baltimore seeks a full-time Center Supervisor to lead one-on-one ABA therapy and support daily center operations. The role includes data collection, staff support, and family training under the supervision of the Center Manager and Administrative Director.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy 60% of weekly scheduled hours.
• Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and families.
• Assist in administrative duties no more than 40% of weekly hours.
• Open and close the location, maintain room scheduling, oversee pickups/drop-offs.
