Job summary

Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando, FL seeks an Assistant Behavior Analyst (full-time) to join our pediatric team. The role focuses on data-driven ABA services, collaborating with parents, therapists, and supervisors.

Responsibilities include designing acquisition and deceleration programs, creating data sheets and graphs, weekly data updates, case presentations, and ensuring charting accuracy. BCaBA or higher certification and a psychology degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Psychology or related field.
• BCaBA certification or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Must pass BCaBA approved classes and exam.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases by communicating with parents/caregivers and other therapists on data collection, graphing, and program decisions.
• Design acquisition and deceleration programs, treatment plans, data sheets, and graphs.
• Develop training materials aligned with current field technologies.
• Collect and analyze data; update graphs at least weekly.
• Present case studies and data to supervisor and staff groups.
• Communicate with parents to ensure consumer service model adherence.
• Complete quarterly reviews of programs, data, and progress on all cases.
• Ensure data/charting accuracy for all cases.
• Conduct individual teaching sessions as assigned.
• Assist in data collection and research studies.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
• Adhere to Nemours policies and procedures.
