Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Loading, Shipping and Receiving Associate for 1st shift at our Independence, MO location. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, operating forklifts, and assisting with inventory counts.

Base pay starts at $19.00 per hour. Works Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Full-time benefits and ongoing training are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is preferred and safety rules must be followed.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and handle shipments to maintain shipping operations efficiency.
• Assist with inventory counts and participate in continuous improvement.
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe, accurate handling of goods.
