Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 12 months experience in applicable laws and related standards (ADA).
• Associate's degree plus 3 years of experience or High School diploma plus 5 years of experience accepted as substitute for Bachelor's.

• Develop and document the process to manage certification tests, tools, and protocols.

• Ensure testing is delivered in anapproved, proctored environment, using standardized procedures and incompliance with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, andchapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as “The Americanswith Disabilities Act of 1990”).
• Develop and document the processfor, manage and administer, procedures to manage the certification tests,tools, and protocols.

Minimum Qualifications Including Certificates:

• A bachelor’s degree from anaccredited college or university and At least 12 months of demonstratedexperience working in the arena of applicable laws, external accreditationstandards, and chapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as"The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990".
• Bachelor’s degree can besubstituted with an associate’s degree and three (3) year of experience,or a High School diploma and 5 years of experience.
