Job summary

Sphinx is seeking a Business Analyst – Skill Level 2 to support our clients' Human Development mission. This role focuses on the administration and management of certification testing programs, ensuring testing is conducted consistently, securely, and in accordance with applicable laws and accreditation standards.

The position is based in Springfield, VA, with TS/SCI clearance, and is a Full-Time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; substitute with associate degree plus three years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma plus five years of relevant experience.
• At least 12 months of experience with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and ADA requirements in testing or certification environments.

About the Role
