Job summary

An established hospital located just outside of Marion, Indiana is seeking a full-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team. The role operates gamma cameras and handles radiopharmaceuticals to deliver diagnostic-quality images.

The position offers day shift hours (7am-3:30pm), shift differentials for evenings/nights/weekends, and a sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plan, 403(b) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (N) or CNMT certification required/preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Indiana State Board of Health nuclear license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, calibrate and calculate radiopharmaceuticals while ensuring sterility and integrity.
• Provide high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation; follow safety protocols.

• Operates gamma cameras to perform standard dynamic, static and tomographic procedures, to provide excellence diagnostic images for interpretation. Is responsible for preparing, calibrating and calculating radiopharmaceuticals, while maintaining sterility and integrity of the prepared radiopharmaceutical compound.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ARRT (R), ARRT (N), or CNMT.
  
• Licensed with the Indiana State Board of Health for nuclear preferred
  
• CPR Certification
  
• Previous experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred, but not required, or previous experience in a similar role.
