The Web Development Manager oversees ACAA’s WordPress websites, handling both front-end and back-end development. This role focuses on optimizing website performance, security, UX, SEO, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and secure WordPress websites.

Build custom themes and plugins.

Optimize site speed, images, scripts, and apply SEO best practices.

Manage backups, updates, and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with designers and stakeholders.

Conduct audits, provide user training, and stay current with web trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.

5+ years as a full-stack WordPress developer with portfolio.

Familiarity with React.js/Vue.js, SEO, Google Analytics, and GTM.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
