Sales Development Manager (Arizona, USA)

The Sales Development Manager is responsible for generating business through developing close relationships with travel trade channels in the United States. This full-time remote Outside Sales role requires periodic travel within the territory and is ideal for candidates residing in Arizona or Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with retail accounts, implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and analyze market trends to achieve growth targets.
  2. Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and values, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in Travel and Tourism
  • Sales experience, ideally in Travel and Tourism, with a proven success record
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the USA and Canada; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $94,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience
  • Bonus program eligibility
  • Comprehensive health, dental, disability, life insurance, and other benefits
  • Two complimentary annual train tickets after the first year
