Job summary

Gryd is seeking a Full-Stack Engineering Lead & Architect to guide a small but mighty dev team. You’ll translate business needs into technical roadmaps and balance hands-on coding with strong leadership to scale our products across web and mobile.

You’ll drive architecture, own the technical backlog, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, operations and sales to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that connect people with properties.

Qualifications

8+ years of Software Development Experience, with 2+ years of experience as a Senior Developer
FullStack and Mobile Development
4+ years of FullStack Web and Cloud Development Experience (GCP, AWS)
Production-Level Experience creating Mobile Applications while working with Startups and small teams
2+ years of Technical Lead Experience
Experience managing project deliverables, scope & expectations and coordinate project progress with upper management, and executives.
Work within Scrum environments with daily standups, sprint planning and product backlog management

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guide project priorities and deadlines
Contribute to coding and software development
Translate business goals into a technical blueprint for the team
Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration
Oversee project timelines and manage the development team
Collaborate with product, operations, design, marketing and sales to translate business needs into technical requirements
