Job summary

Artera Technologies, LLC is seeking enthusiastic Software Engineers to support DoD/IC programs in the Annapolis area. We specialize in prototyping, developing, and deploying full-stack solutions for mission-critical systems, emphasizing optimization and load management in high-stakes environments.

Roles span junior to principal levels with exposure to Java, C/C++, Python, and modern stacks. Security clearance TS/SCI with an appropriate agency polygraph is required for relevant positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 0-7 years of experience for Level 1; 7-14 years for Level 2; 20+ years for Level 3.
• Four additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree on some contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems based on documented requirements.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to design requirements and documents test results.
• Utilizes software development and design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Designs or implements complex database interfaces/queries and develops algorithms to meet performance standards.
• Develops software solutions by analyzing system performance and data usage; modifies existing software to improve performance.
