This role provides a high-impact opportunity to design, develop, and scale full-stack features for a next-generation decentralized application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and front-end engineers, to deliver reliable, user-centric products that directly contribute to revenue and growth. The position is ideal for engineers who enjoy end-to-end ownership of product features, from architecture and backend systems to front-end user experiences. You will participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring, helping to shape both the technology and the engineering culture. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features for decentralized applications
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure cohesive, high-quality user experiences
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and long-term platform scalability
- Translate requirements from product managers and researchers into actionable technical solutions
- Lead code reviews, participate in design sessions, and mentor junior engineers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software issues to maintain reliability and performance
- Support end-to-end product development, ensuring production-ready deliverables aligned with user needs
- 1-2 years of experience building products in startup or fast-paced environments
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for full-stack development
- Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and software architecture
- Familiarity with Python or other programming languages
- Proven ability to develop end-to-end, production-ready user-centric products
- Experience with React, Solidity, Rust, or other relevant technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, dApps, or on-chain interactions
- Experience handling financial or data-heavy applications
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills in distributed teams
- Hands-on experience with data pipelining, ETL, or related workflows is advantageous
