Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (Application Software) to architect and deliver mission-critical software powering SpaceX operations, manufacturing, and Starlink systems. You will own software across the lifecycle, collaborating with engineers to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy high-impact solutions.

Applicants should have a strong background in full stack development with experienced software practices, including CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline; OR 2+ years of professional experience building software.
• Experience in full stack development.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX
• Create new applications that improve SpaceX operations
• Build prototypes to prove key design concepts and constraints
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development
• Deep dive into users’ problems to create efficient solutions
• Contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews
