Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Application Software) to join our fast‑moving engineering team. You will own end‑to‑end software for mission critical applications used across SpaceX manufacturing, flight, and Starlink operations.

You will design and deliver robust, scalable web and backend systems, collaborate on architecture reviews, and mentor peers while advancing SpaceX's mission to enable human life on Mars.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher in CS/engineering/math or scientific field with 5+ years of software experience; or 7+ years of software experience without a degree.
• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications to improve SpaceX operations.
• Build prototypes to validate key design concepts.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Deep dive into user problems to craft efficient solutions.
• Contribute to architecture and code reviews with the team.
