Job summary

TWAICE is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our product teams and deliver customer value at pace. You will work across the stack with TypeScript/Python on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend, taking ownership from refinement through delivery.

You will collaborate with software and battery engineering colleagues to build robust, scalable analytics tools and contribute to CI/CD practices, while enjoying flexible remote/onsite/hybrid work with the Munich HQ reference.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Around 1–4 years of production software experience.
• Experience across the stack with TS/Python backend and frontend frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
• Collaborative and eager to share knowledge and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the feature set of the SaaS product in incremental steps.
• Implement components across backend, API, and frontend for customers.
• Own features from refinement to maintenance with guidance from seniors.
• Ship code continuously via CI/CD and ensure observability and reliability.
• Pair with engineers and participate in cross-team knowledge sharing.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer , you will be working in our product teams to create customer value at a high pace. This includes taking part in the full product development cycle, from understanding user problems and shaping solutions to building and iterating on them. You will work in a team with backgrounds in Software and Battery Engineering – creating solutions to get our projects from definition to customer value quickly while making sure we deliver robust, scalable, and extensible software products. Together, we will push our battery analytics to the next level.

Your daily business will involve

• Contribute to and help shape the feature set of our SaaS product in incremental and result-oriented steps
• Implement new software components across the stack, from our backend services to our API layer and frontend serving customers across industries
• Take ownership of features and parts of the product – from refinement through implementation to maintenance – with guidance from the senior engineers in your team
• Continuously ship code to production through our CI/CD process and apply monitoring and observability best practices to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Grow your craft with us: pair with experienced engineers, contribute to code reviews and take part in regular cross-team knowledge sharing

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Around 1–4 years of professional experience building and running software in production
• Comfortable across the stack – for example TypeScript/Python on the backend and Angular, React, or a comparable framework on the frontend
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Collaborative working style – code reviews, knowledge sharing, open feedback
• Curiosity about battery technology and energy storage, even without prior exposure

Good to have

• Experience with AWS or a comparable cloud platform, and building RESTful APIs
• Exposure to timeseries data or data visualization tools
