Job description

We're hiring a mid to senior/staff level full-stack engineer to join our team in-person 3 days/week in San Francisco. This role will focus on shipping high-impact products across our platform, from analytics infrastructure to agentic workflows.

What You'll Build

• Build out agentic workflows that design, build, and optimize online shops

• Build out product & payments processing infrastructure

• Architect and implement full-stack product features in TypeScript/React/Node

• Own analytics and experimentation infrastructure on ClickHouse/Kafka/Redis

• Build AI tools for end-customers to generate new marketing content

• Own our user onboarding flow from end-to-end

Tech stack

We have a TypeScript mono-repo. Our stuff is hosted on Vercel and Fly.io with a Postgres DB. We use Sentry, Mezmo, Grafana, etc for logging and alerting. On our analytics products, we use Kafka and Clickhouse.

What does a typical week look like for engineers?

We have week-long sprints and standup every day. We try to minimize meetings for engineers because we believe everyone should be on a Maker's Schedule by default. We aggressively use Linear/Notion, and buy GPT/Cursor accounts for everyone.
