Job summary

MANTECH in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to support system accreditation efforts, develop secure and scalable applications, and improve user interfaces. You will collaborate with Data Analysts, Scientists, and Engineers to design, develop, and implement solutions meeting client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-end experience in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Version control with Git.
• Experience creating technical documentation for system accreditation and security compliance.
• Knowledge of MVC, RESTful APIs, Singleton, Factory, and Observer patterns.
• Preferred: Master's degree, CISSP, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Agile.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications to enhance user interfaces and operator tasks.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data management.
• Participate in full SDLC from architecture to deployment of secure software.
• Design and prototype web applications using JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and CSS.

• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Scientists, and Engineers to optimize UI capabilities.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support security standards and accreditation processes.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our system accreditation efforts, ensuring compliance with security standards, and enhancing our technological capabilities. This position involves developing innovative applications aimed at improving user interfaces, automating processes, and managing data effectively. The Full Stack Software Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Scientists, and Engineers, to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions that meet both technical and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in back-end programming languages including Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience designing and interacting with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience creating comprehensive technical documentation to support system accreditation and security compliance.
• Knowledge of core architectural and design patterns, including MVC, RESTful API design, Singleton, Factory, and Observer patterns.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, security certifications such as CISSP, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Agile methodologies.
