Job summary

Thrively is seeking Full Stack Software Engineers to join a small, collaborative team building and modernizing internal applications used by more than 1,000 employees. You'll work across the full stack with C#/.NET, React, SQL, and relational databases while migrating legacy apps to a modern web environment.

The team is incorporating AI-assisted development into how they build, test, and deliver software. You'll collaborate with internal users, write automated tests, and participate in Agile

• Experience with C#/.NET or a comparable OO language.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Understanding of APIs and modern web application development.
• Experience with automated testing and Agile development.
• Interest in AI-assisted software development.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with business users.
• Curious, self-directed and comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using C#/.NET, React and SQL.
• Modernize legacy applications and move them to a modern web-based environment.
• Develop across frontend, backend and database layers.
• Work directly with internal users to understand business needs and build practical solutions.
• Write and maintain automated tests.
• Participate in Agile development, daily standups and sprint planning.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor, as part of the development process.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and technology leadership on technical decisions and future development.

Thrively is partnering with an established organization that is modernizing the technology that powers its business. Our client is hiring multiple Full Stack Software Engineers to join a small, collaborative team building and modernizing internal applications used by more than 1,000 employees.

You’ll work across the full stack using C#/.NET, React, SQL and relational databases while helping migrate legacy applications to a modern web environment. The team is also actively incorporating AI-assisted development into how they build, test and deliver software.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using C#/.NET, React and SQL
• Modernize legacy applications and move them to a modern web-based environment
• Develop across frontend, backend and database layers
• Work directly with internal users to understand business needs and build practical solutions
• Write and maintain automated tests
• Participate in Agile development, daily standups and sprint planning
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor, as part of the development process
