Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable applications and leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor AI and Claude Code or alternatives) to accelerate development and improve code quality. The ideal candidate will have a Computer Science background and hands-on experience as a software engineer, strong programming fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate across product and engineering teams to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend and/or fullstack features with a focus on clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Leverage Cursor AI and/or Claude Code to accelerate development, generate and refactor code, create tests, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on schedule.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality and consistent engineering standards.
• Debug, profile, and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate with data stores and APIs, including writing and optimizing SQL queries where applicable.
• Support and extend ERP integrations or modules when relevant, ensuring business requirements are met and data flows are reliable.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure rapid, safe delivery of features and fixes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working as a Software Engineer building production software.
• Hands on experience and demonstrated proficiency with Cursor AI and/or Claude Code as part of the development workflow (alternatives ok).
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (nice to have).
• Familiarity with C# and the .NET ecosystem (nice to have).
• Experience working with ERP systems or integrations (nice to have).
• Excellent problemsolving skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
