Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Rancher, ServiceNow).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code development, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
• Hands-on development experience with React.js and Python.
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with AWS and cloud migration, environment configuration, and third-party integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira.
• Testing and troubleshooting skills for development and production support.
• Nice-to-have: .NET, Java, MQ, Power BI, SSIS/SSRS, Autosys.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products.
• Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production‑ready and testable code.
• Creates optimal design considering scalability, reliability and performance of systems.
• Performs analysis on failures, proposes design changes, and suggests operational improvements.
• Maintains customer experience as a primary consideration in design and coding decisions.
• Adapts based on feedback from code reviews to meet standards.
• Conducts code reviews to guide engineering best practices and compliance.
• Ensures all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices.
• Supports software reliability engineering standards embedded into development practices.
