Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software professional to join its engineering team. You will own and deliver cross-functional software projects, collaborating with internal partners to translate requirements into robust solutions.

The role emphasizes React.js front-end with Go-based back-end work, automation, dashboards, alarms, and secure coding practices. The ideal candidate brings 2-5 years in large-scale environments, strong communication, proactive attitude, and a passion for learning

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in a large-scale production environment and building applications with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with React.js and core web concepts (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).
• Experience writing systems/tools for automation, dashboards, and alarms with Go or other OO languages.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Keen learner with strong troubleshooting and quality control habits.
• Attention to detail and timely decision making.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Proficient with version control (Git).
• Security-focused during development/review of code or systems.
• Documentation-minded with knowledge transfer across teams.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities
