Qualifications

• Backend experience in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript for APIs and data models.
• Ability to translate customer problems into end-to-end solutions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full stack product experiences for persistent AI coworkers.
• Create intuitive frontend interfaces for directing agents, reviewing progress, and collaboration.
• Build backend APIs, services, and data models supporting persistent agent state and orchestration.
• Develop workflows enabling agents to access context, tools, and collaboration across surfaces.
• Partner with product, design, research, and engineering to turn capabilities into cohesive products.
• Build trust with clear user controls, safe execution, and reliable operations.
• Use feedback and iteration to improve high-value workflows and agent outcomes.
