Job summary

Plasma AI in New York is seeking a full-stack product engineer to own features end to end, from the data model and API to the UI a customer touches. You’ll work directly with the founders and translate customer needs into Plasma ships.

You’ll stay close to operators of autonomous systems, designing end-to-end features across the stack, building AI-enabled tooling, and prioritizing what ships now versus later.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping customer-facing features end-to-end.
• Proven track record building scalable backend with a robust data model.
• Familiarity with AI-powered features or agent frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across stack (backend, data models, APIs, UI).
• Work closely with customers/founders to translate needs into working software.
• Own product ownership decisions and drive features from concept to production.
