Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer, Observability, to design, build, and scale software powering observability for the Starlink network. You’ll enable real-time alerting, derive performance/quality metrics, and provide insights to drive engineering initiatives.

You will work on end-to-end components from data ingestion to frontend dashboards, collaborating across teams to maintain reliability and high-velocity delivery for a globally deployed system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 1+ year of industry/internship experience; or 3+ years of professional software development experience in lieu of a STEM degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data ingestion pipelines to process real-time telemetry streams.
• Develop frontend visualizations and dashboards for monitoring teams.
• Drive automation to reduce manual monitoring effort and improve anomaly detection.
• Maintain high software standards across the full stack.
